
At the French and Swiss border, Chatel offers a family ski trip. A little Savoyard village cloaked with original wooden chalets, Chatel has ski for any level. The ski domain is split in two massifs: the Barbossine/Super-Chatel massif and the Linga/Pré-La-Joux massif, which spread between 110m and 2200m. Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing, torch lit ski descents, sliding down the bobsled run… Chatel, a high mountain pasture, hosts international events of skier cross, jumps, ski touring races, the Big Air contest on the Linga and the Razor Snowbike & Scott Gambler Tour. Access
On the Autoroute Blanche (A40), take the Bonneville or Cluses exit. If you are coming from Switzerland take the Villeneuve exit towards Evian.
